Shipping
Chaves Wineries Delivery will be made via courier service once payment has been received by the corresponding bank. The merchandise will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be considered received on the next business day.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may sustain after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Returns
If, during the 14 days following receipt of the order, the customer wishes to return the product, our Customer Service Department will carry out the necessary procedures to process the return under the following conditions:
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to cancel the contract without penalty or expense.
Defective or damaged products. If the customer finds that the product received is defective or damaged, they must contact the Customer Service Department within 14 business days of receiving the order, where the necessary arrangements will be made to replace it with a new one in perfect condition and at no additional charge.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted for orders that have not yet been shipped to the address provided by the customer. If the merchandise has already been shipped, it will be considered a return (See Returns section).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS
In distance purchases, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods without needing to provide a reason. This right of return is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (during which time the customer can contact the seller to process the return). Once the return of the items has been accepted, the customer has another 14 days for the goods to arrive back at their destination (in this case). Chaves Wineries). It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return shipment of the merchandise.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified to meet the return requirements, the customer will be refunded the original purchase price. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (if by card) or by bank transfer, within a maximum of 14 days.
If you chose cash on delivery as your payment method, the carrier's fee as the payment intermediary is non-refundable (this is an optional choice for the customer, who has other fee-free payment options). In the case of payment via PayPal, the financial intermediary does charge the service fee.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN
– The material to be returned must retain its original characteristics intact (physical appearance and operation), be presented in its original packaging without damage, and with all original accessories and manuals (in short, it must be returned as it was received by the customer).
If the returned items do not meet the withdrawal requirements, Chaves Wineries reserves the right to refuse the return.
